Need to direct your Career Centre invoice to someone else in your organization? Here's how.
When you register, you will automatically become the default billing contact for your account.
You can only change who receives the invoice when you are purchasing a Listing, a course or any other CharityVillage product.
When you are verifying your Invoice/Receipt information, if you wish to have the invoice sent to somebody else in your organization, select “Change”.
Here, you will see an opportunity to not only edit your information, but you can also add a new Invoice Contact to your account. Simply select “Add New Invoice Contact” and complete the new information.
Don’t forget to select “Save” once you’re done!
Once you’ve completed entering in new information, that contact will automatically become your default Invoice contact, until you change it in your account settings.
Simply select the “Next” button to proceed to check out.
